Lightroom not connect to server

Hello. when launching Lightroom, we receive this error 'Lightroom is having trouble connecting to the server'. Here is what we have tried:

- Uninstall/ install lightroom

- Use the second latest version

- Click sign out and sign in again

Does anyone have any suggestion to resolve this? Thank you.
