"Limit Reached" but other computer's hardware is fried

Question

Not sure what to do. I have a work desktop and then I have a work laptop for when I occasionally work from home. Both of these had Photoshop downloaded from the Creative Cloud (for teams). My laptop's hardware fried, and I couldn't login at all to do anything. It was just gone. Now that I have a new laptop, I tried downloading Photoshop, and I am being told my limit is reached. I'm not sure what I can do? Please help!!

This might be helpful:Activation limit reached or Sign-in failed error 1. Can't access your old computer? If you can't access your previous computer (for example, you reformatted the hard drive or lost the computer), don't worry. We can help you deactivate your app from your old device. Make sure that you have your serial number or Adobe ID handy, and then contact us.
