Limited to 10 Recipients with Team License

I have been using Adobe Pro DC for one year, recently my license was due for renewal so I upgraded to a team license. Adobe seller informed me that I would be able to send to 25 recipients once I upgraded. However I am still limited to 10 recipients. I have tried online help (which is next to useless and extremely slow) and also help via phone call. Speaking to the person on the phone he agreed I should be able to send to up to 25 recipients. He said he would send me an email with details of how to send to many. However this is a mega sign setup up which I don't want to use.

 

Can anyone help

Thanks John for sending me four links neither of which answer my initial question which is, I can only send documents for signature to 10 recipients I need to send to more than 10 recipients. I bought the team license having been told that this would allow me to send to up to 25 recipients. However I am still limited to 10 recipients.

I misunderstood you question... since your heading is about a team license, I thought you were trying to add more than 10 computers to your license

You need to ask in the Acrobat forum (company name is Adobe, program name is Acrobat Pro)
