Hallo ich habe mein ABO geändert, auf nur FOTO ABO (am 23.7.2015)und nun kann ich in das Programm PS nicht einsteigen, die Meldung "die Verwaltung wird in Kürze möglich sein" und der Fehlercode 10000 tritt auf. Bitte teilen Sie mir mit, was ich tun kann.
