Lizenzen nicht mehr erreichbar

Unsere zugeordneten Anwender können ihre jeweiligen Lizenzen nicht mehr erreichen.

Im Admin Center sind die Lizenzen gekauft und auch zugeordnet, aber ....es kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung und die Programme sind nicht erreichbar.

The error messages suggest possible issues with license recognition or profile settings. Here are some steps to try:

Check Profile Selection: Ensure users are signed into the correct organizational profile, as Adobe may default to a personal profile if both exist.

Reassign Licenses: Reassign licenses in the admin console, then have users log out, close the app, and log back in.

Verify Roles and Entitlements: Confirm users have the correct roles and active licenses in the admin console with no access restrictions.
