Loading EIP or ZIP Files

Hello - I cannot upload Raw files to the creative cloud. In my case, I have a lot of EIP files. I tried loading them but the file type(s) not supported. ZIP files don't work neither. Who can help?

Hi @anuschkaw43896424,

It's great to hear you figured out how to drop files into your Creative Cloud Files folder. Files placed in Creative Cloud Files (via Finder or File Explorer) will not automatically appear in Creative Cloud Libraries. Libraries are meant for sharing creative assets like images, colors, and fonts across different Adobe apps. For more details, check out this document on collaboration.

Since you're working under an Enterprise Agreement, your colleagues can access files you share (via links or permissions set by the admin console), but they won’t automatically be part of a library unless moved into Creative Cloud Libraries. You can learn more about sharing here.

I recommend converting files to compatible formats and uploading them to Creative Cloud Libraries for easy sharing. For large archives, use Creative Cloud Files to store and share files or folders by generating share links.

Unfortunately, these file types are not natively supported for upload to Creative Cloud Libraries. However, here are some steps to manage these files and ensure compatibility:

 

EIP Files: Convert to a supported format before uploading. This article provides a comprehensive list of file formats that can be added to Creative Cloud Libraries. 
ZIP Files: For ZIP files, extract them locally, then upload the unzipped contents if they contain compatible file types.

Thank you - I figures out that I can simply drop the files into my Creative Cloud Files in my Finder on the MAC. However, would I be able to also have these appear in a shareable library on Creative Cloud? I am accessing Creative Cloud through an Enterprise agreement. Not sure if this matters but we are all given 1 TB of space for files and I would like to build up and create an archive but need to know if this archive can be accessed by my colleagues or if I can share those libraries easily?
