Loast access to Admin Console

We cannot access the Adobe Admin Console due to an Azure AD domain change. We need an Admin Account Recovery.

Thank you for sharing your details with Bani. After reviewing the email addresses you provided, I can confirm that you are not currently associated with any of the listed contracts.

Could you please check with your IT administrator and request that they add you to the appropriate contract and assign you the required admin access?
Please also note the contract id you have provided is owned by different organization, and you are not a part of it. 

Additionally, please confirm whether any other users are able to access the contract, and share any further details about the issue you are experiencing. It would also be helpful to know if the contract owner is able to access it without any problems.

I have reviewed the contract-id and it is exacatly the one i have provied to Bani just without VIPMP - in front.

Thank you for confirming. 

Upon reviewing the information provided, I would like to inform you that the Contract ID you shared is associated with a different organization, and your account is not listed as part of that contract. Additionally, the contract has a different designated owner. It also appears that the shared Contract ID is an indirect contract.

In this case, I recommend reaching out to your reseller, as they will be able to review the contract details and assist you further. Alternatively, you may also contact your Adobe Account Manager, who can help guide you on the next steps and provide the appropriate assistance.

We have reviewed your account and couldn’t find any active licenses associated with the Adobe ID you have utilized to post here. 
Could you please share your Contract ID or the email with which the licenses are associated in a personal message to me.
