Question

Local Apps default to personal account whereas Creative Cloud allows for profile (Enterprise) selection

I have an enterprise account, and a personal one using the same email address. Creative Cloud desktop allows for profile selection, to log in with the enterprise one, but the local Apps keep opening up with the personal one (no profile selection option) and complain about licensing issues. I don't have an option in my profile not to “auto select” a profile. I've tried logging out & back in several times, I always end up with the same behavior:
Creative Cloud → enterprise (the web version works!)
Local apps → personal accounts (no license!)

    Hi @biqui

    Thanks for reaching out.

Based on your description, it appears that while logging in, the local Adobe apps are defaulting to your personal profile instead of your enterprise profile, which is causing the licensing issues. Please confirm if this is the issue you need assistance with.

As you mentioned that the web version works correctly while the issue occurs with desktop apps, I recommend clearing the cached user credentials or license information and then signing in again while selecting the appropriate profile.

Please refer to the following document for steps:

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
