Local AUSST & RUM Download Issue

Hello,

We have setup a local AUSST server and executed a fresh cache from the Adobe Server. When attempting to update a client, RUM sees 6 packages which need to be updated. However, when RUM attempts to download the local files it errors our saying the files can't be downloaded. I'm not sure what is causing this problem.

When attempting to download an update a Fatal Error 125 is thrown and then Library returned 129 failed to cancel the running operation.

I double checked the IIS configuration (Windows 2012 R2) and everything appears to be setup properly per AUSST instructions.

Does anyone have any idea on this issue?
