Locating Enterprise Admin

I work in a school system with Adobe Enterprise for Education. I contacted the person I suspected would be the enterprise admin, but he didn't see the Manage Team panel in his Adobe account. How would we find out who the actual admin for our Enterprise account is? Thanks.
