Lock Creative Cloud Desktop Apps to specific version

Hi

Is it possible to lock updates (version control) for only Indesign, but allow end users to updates other apps, like Photoshop.

Adobe speaks about this (20 min in the video) from 2016

Only setting i have found is hide the App panel i Creative Cloud Desktop App.
