Lock down features in Cretive Cloud Enterprise

Is there a way to define machine-based policies or settings for Adobe CC products (Premiere, Photoshop,..) with Enterprise Term License Agreement?

I want to disable Adobe Sync, Adobe Anywhere, Adobe ARM Service, Adobe Login for all users on a machine.
