[Locked] Asked to start a trial even though I'm on a paid plan

Hi there,

My email address is [e-mail removed by moderator] and I've had a paid plan for over a year. I use Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign in a lot of projects I do. I recently tried to open Photoshop and Illustrator and got this message - Snaggy - easy screenshots. I've tried to log onto your support chat and get a message to contact my administrator - Snaggy - easy screenshots. Help! Please!!

I've also checked with my bank and see that my account has been paid up in full and have not missed a payment.
