(locked) Redirects | ACS Redirect Manager - Working on one instance and not working on another.

We have utilized ACS Commons Redirect Manager for implementing Redirects, as per the documentation.

It is working on the Dev instance, but the same thing is not working on the QA instance.

 

There is no configuration to be enabled that is instance specific and the version of ACS Commons is the same on both (5.1.2).

 

No significant bug was found to debug the issue.

 

Any suggestions on debugging this or ideas on addressing this friends?
