As adminstrator I have signed up members of my company to an Adobe Corporate Account. Now that I have done so how do they log-in and start using? I thought they would get an automate invite email or something but dosent appear that this is the case.

Hi @Robert29143375rgy1,

Thank you for reaching out.

Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that you have an active teams license associated with the Adobe ID used to post this query. Please note that whenever a license is assigned to an end user, they automatically receive an invitation email. This email contains a link allowing them to sign in to Adobe, complete their profile, and activate the license. Once the profile is completed, users can visit https://adobe.ly/40N3tXZ, select the work or business profile, and access the assigned license.

You mentioned that your users have not received any welcome or invitation emails after license assignment. However, based on our records, all assigned users have been sent these emails. If any user is unable to locate the email, please ask them to check their spam or junk folders.

For further assistance, you can refer to the following documentation:

Additionally, the response provided by @creative explorer is relevant in the context of enterprise licenses, where users often have federated IDs with SSO enabled. In those cases, users log in directly using their company-provided email via the organization's SSO login. However, even in such setups, users still receive an email notification if a license has been assigned to them.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,

^AN

@Robert29143375rgy1 Once you have added members to your Adobe Corporate Account, they should be able to log in and start using the apps without a special invitation email. Go to an Adobe Sign-in Page: They can navigate to any Adobe sign-in page, such as creativecloud.adobe.com or account.adobe.com.

I work in an educatal institution as well as a freelance graphic designer. As an instructor, I don't use my email to log in, I use my school's domain.com — but for my other account, I use my email.
