Login Adobe ID Failed

Hi,

I have a client who is an Adobe CC for team administrator who appears when he wants to log in to an administrator account to assign users ，After logging in Adobe ID ，prompt verification code verification failed.However, the normal login is no verification code, and did not enter the verification code.I tried to change the browser, restart the computer and change the computer login, but still the same.Is this a Adobe ID question?
