Login Issue
Hello there ;
I wanted to login into my adobe mobile app, and for my work, I use a VPN service; for each login, it requested verification, and I suddenly saw many of them pop in my e-mail, and my access is disabled. Unfortunately, on the browser I am using right now, I have not enabled cookies to chat with the agent, and due to "being disabled," I cannot receive verification so I can talk to an agent(Via Chat).
Is there any adobe employee here that could help me with that? Is any option other than calling?
It says it is blocked temporarily.
