Looking for serial number

I administer a group of three users. One of the users has had some issues for over a year, but he's managed to work in spite of them, although it would be nice to get it cleared up.

The other user is working on an older computer that is not compatible with cloud. She has been using CS6, but her computer broke down, and our IT guy is fixing the computer. But we need a serial number to load CS6 on her computer. I can't find a serial number anywhere on my account administration pages. Like I said, we've been paying for her on Cloud. We just need some kind of number, so we can get her loaded up.

    If you have a Named User (sign in) license for CC, you can still use this for CS6. A serial number is not required.

    Build a Named User package for CS6 with Creative Cloud Packager. Give the user the appropriate entitlement via your Admin Console and they can sign in to the product.

    This applies to CC Team and Enterprise.
