Lost access to all Adobe Creative Cloud files in my Enterprise Account

Adobe recently had an update mid-day on Monday, August 15, 2022, that cause many of our team to lose access to our shared files including many XD files. The update creates multiple profiles under our Adobe account that uses our work email. The update itself does not make any sense, to begin with, and we were not aware that such a change was coming. 

 

We have a few open tickets for various accounts with the same issue, and there has been no acknowledgment of the issue they have caused our entire team nor ETA as to when we will gain access to our files. I really hope that if Adobe makes such an update, it should have been tested thoroughly, communicated well in advance, and ensured that we, the customers, do not suffer from lost access to files. We are still waiting for a resolution with no solution in sight. 

 

Still waiting for a rollback, a solution, or someone to explain to us what happened.
