Lost access to Behance after migrating to a Business Teams

Hi Adobe, 
Today i joined a team after that I have lost access to Behance My old Behance username is https://www.behance.net/mprayagraj . whereas If I log in through same email id and password it redirect me to a new id https://www.behance.net/mprayagraj1 . Now I am not able to access my old one I searched in this forum but there was no solution. Also I am not able to see an option of Select Profile automatically which is mentioned in https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/manage-adobe-profiles.html . Please help me.

Thanks for confirming. I’d recommend submitting a support request to Behance using the following link: Behance Support Request. The support team usually responds within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Be sure to check your spam folder for their response.

Upon checking, I can see that the Adobe ID used for this query is associated with both an active Photography Plan and an active Enterprise (Education) Plan.

Could you please confirm if you are seeing a profile chooser option when logging into the Creative Cloud Desktop (CCD) app or Behance? If you haven’t checked this yet, please try the following steps:

Sign out of the CCD app.

Sign in again and, when prompted, select the Personal Profile.

Once signed in, try launching Behance from the CCD app.

Hi Anshul,

 

While logging into my creative cloud I can see a profile chooser option but for behance i am not able to see that option. I tried it from CCD app as well as from chrome the issue is the same.
