Lost access to my Behance and Adobe Portfolio after migrating to a Business profile

Hi!

I don't have access to my Behance and Adobe Portfolio. I have recently migrated my Behance - https://www.behance.net/tomasz_wieloch and Adobe Portfolio - https://tomasz-wieloch.myportfolio.com/ to a Business profile and now when I log in to the website with the same password and email as before it takes me directly to an empty profile - https://www.behance.net/tomaszwieloch. I have selected to not have my account be selected automatically and it still doesn't let me choose the correct account.

When I log in to my Adobe Account it let's me choose the correct account though, only not on Behance and Adobe Portfolio.

Do you know how to get back access to my portfolio?

I’m unable to access my original Behance profile. Earlier, I had a university-provided Adobe Creative Cloud account, and when signing in with my email, Behance used to show two profiles and let me choose my original profile that had all my work. Now that step is skipped, and I’m automatically logged into a blank personal profile using the same email ID. All my previous projects are missing. I believe my original Behance profile is still linked to the university Creative Cloud account. Please help me recover or re-link my original Behance profile https://www.behance.net/shravangathiba2

Hi @SHRAVANI

Thanks for reaching out.

I have checked the Adobe ID (email) you used to post this query and do not see any active subscription associated with it at the moment. As you mentioned, you previously accessed Behance through a university-provided Adobe Creative Cloud account by choosing the Work/School (Business Profile) option from the profile chooser during sign-in.

At present, since there is no active plan linked to that Business Profile, you are automatically signed in to a blank Personal Profile using the same email address, which is why your earlier Behance projects are not visible.

To access your original Behance profile, you will need temporary access to the Business Profile again. I recommend contacting your university IT team and requesting that they assign a Creative Cloud license to your account temporarily. Once access is restored, you will be able to sign in using the Work/School profile, access your original Behance content, and then migrate your assets from the Business Profile to your Personal Profile by following this guide:

https://help.behance.net/hc/en-us/articles/18318706310555-Guide-Adobe-ID-Management-Migrating-from-Business-Profiles-to-Personal-Profiles

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

Regards,
^AN

So I found out Business accounts link to our children school accounts, I found Switch access with Samsung, Nintendo switch, and other product have been a big part of this problem most of my account I created were a null. I to found that the Browser Yendex was very helpful with answers all my questions but becarful. This Browser is not rated for children and this is the problem today they used different time zone and language settings to create code. But I found applications made by braille keyboard threw print service. Thank you

Hi Gurdeep,

Hi Ashish,

My user was created with my email (Edited by moderator; Email removed, please refrain from sharing your personal information as this is a public forum), for more than 10 years in which I have uploaded different projects throughout my professional career.

Here is the link to my account: https://www.behance.net/renzovargas

The problem comes when today I activated a business/educational account, without fully knowing the consequences, I logged into my account and without knowing that my behance account would be lost, I entered the option “move all files to the business cloud storage”.

Without knowing the consequences of what could happen to my Behance account, which I have not been able to recover, I have already tried several times to log in with the personal and business profile, but I can not log in to my behance account as usual, it appears as if it were a new account completely from 0, this affects me greatly as I had important projects in that account.

Please, your answer.
