Lost access to my behance and personal files after being moved to a business account

I was moved to a business account earlier this year and alongside it, my personal files and behance account, however, when I was let off of the company, I lost access from all of my personal files and accounts without any proper warning and can't seem to revert that. I haven't found any solution to that issue yet.

Hi @Meskira,

Thanks for reaching out.

As checked, I can see an individual Creative Cloud license associated with the Adobe ID you used to submit this query. This license is currently assigned under your personal profile. The license that was previously assigned under your business profile has been removed. Check this document to know about profiles:https://adobe.ly/4dZpjwQ

Please note that assets created under your former business profile, including Behance projects and Creative Cloud files, do not automatically migrate to your personal profile. These resources remain tied to the original business profile.

To transfer assets from your business profile to your personal profile, you can follow the steps outlined here:
https://adobe.ly/4kFDqdc

For guidance on migrating other files, including Creative Cloud content, please refer to the following article:
https://adobe.ly/3ZXoTBc

Unfortunately, once your access to the business profile is revoked and the license is removed, any files or content stored exclusively under that profile may no longer be accessible unless they were previously migrated or backed up.

I recommend submitting a support request to the Behance team using the link below. The support team typically responds within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Please also remember to check your spam or junk folder for their reply:

Let us know if you need any further help.
