Lost admin rights on Adobe Admin Console

I am the only administrator for our Adobe Admin console, Education version.

It is synced with Azure.

I have been managing the admin console for over 4 years. This week I cannot get access to it - it says “contact your admin, it doesn’t seem you have access”.  There is no other admin to contact.

I have tried accessing it via incognito mode - no joy.

The admin instance itself is running as I can see apps available to my personal version of the account. However, my admin version of the account is locked out - I can’t get in.

Where do I go for help to regain access please?

    Hi @UniqueUsername

Thanks for reaching out. As checked, I can see that you have an active enterprise contract associated with the Adobe ID you used to post this query. Based on your description, it seems that you are unable to log in to the Admin Console and are receiving the error: "We're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator."

I would recommend checking the solution shared in this post: https://community.adobe.com/questions-624/unable-to-access-adobe-admin-console-you-don-t-seem-to-have-access-error-681037?postid=2310358#post2310358

While logging in to the Admin console, please choose the Personal Profile option in the profile chooser.

Please try this and let me know if issue still persists.

Hi, the only solution I can see put forward in that ticket is to try incognito mode and other networks, which I have.

There is a query from someone who bought a second Adobe contract - I don’t have another contract that I’m aware of.

One of the posters were asked what can be seen under accounts.adobe.com.  This is the plan I can see under mine. However, there was no response from the OP and the ticket appears unsolved.
