Lost cloud files

Hi everyone

My account community was updated, idk what they did, but we had to relog into our accounts, but when we did it, all the cloud files was deleted. I need to know if we can have our files back and how, because we had works in there, and all of them was completely deleted. I'll apreciate if someone can help me and all my career mates. ^^

@MARITXU ADAMA28548548patc  I can see that you have Adobe ID and Business ID. If you log in by choosing your personal account, it will take you to the Adobe ID. Check if you have the files there.

If you log in choosing the business account which will have a building symbol, then it will take you to the Business ID which has the active subscription.

The recent change I can think of is moving your account from Adobe ID to Business ID as your organization opted for the shared Storage model. With this change all of the Adobe IDs will convert to Business IDs and users have to log in.

Thank you so much, but can you help me with that? I have been trying to re-log so I can change to my personal account, but it just log into the business one. :c

sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app.

Hi @MARITXU ADAMA28548548patc could you explain what you mean by "account community"?  Your cloud docs are tied to your adobe ID and login info, if that changes you would need to log in with the original Adobe ID to see your docs.

I'm sorry, I explained it wrong
This account is an institutional account, from my Institute, I don't know what they did exactly, but me and my career mates had to re-log into our accounts, and all our files were lost, I even went to the web site to find my files, but they disappeared. I'll talk with the people from my insti and ask what they did so you guys can give to us a better help. Thanks for reading ^^
