lost serial number

I purchased creative suite CS3 many many years ago... I thought I registered it, but it doesn't show up on my account...  I'd like to register it, but I have no idea what the serial number is any more... I can find the old receipt that shows I purchased it, but not the serial # email...  Anyone know if my serial Number is somewhere within the software?
