Lost the old account, How to cancel subscription?

So, I was real happy to get a new career at a new company. I got a new laptop! 

 

I want to install my Adobe on my new laptop. When I went to log in, I realized that my sign in wants to confirm with my old work email and/or my old work phone. I don't have access to either. 

 

How do I cancel the old subcription when I can't log in to them?

 

Do I just dispute the charge when I see it come up on my credit card?
