LWS Serial Number

Hello,

I have a question about the Adobe LWS Site.

I purchased Adobe DC from a reseller and got the link to the LWS Site. On that site I found the download link to the Adobe Pro DC ESD Classic but there is no serial number under licenses. Do I have to activate something else?

If I install the App, it is asking for the key or the Account, but also in the Adobe Account, there is no information about the Adobe DC...

I have checked the records and the order details with your current Adobe ID and found that the current order placed is for Acrobat Pro DC 2015 12.0 Windows ESD Classic is an order to download the product. It's not an order with a serial number.

You have to contact the reseller who placed the order and have to ask them to place a new order with serial/product key. Once the order is placed, you will get a serial number and will be able to see it on Adobe's licensing website Adobe Licensing Website | Serial numbers, orders, and accounts

Hello, my LWS acount opened in 2011 Personal info removed by mod: Email when I bought a CS5 was closed in 2017, so now I am not able to download the Adobe Acrobat X Pro and the related serial number.

@AnandSri @Tariq Ahmad Do you know if there is a way to have them from Adobe?
