m1 pro can not install AI and PS

Question

i just installed creative cloud and try to install AI and PS

app said installation is failed due to 403...

but it was installed sucessful on Adobe Acrobat and Media Encoder

i read lots of articles but are not helpful on 403 issue...

i reinstalled CC lots of time and i use AI/PS a lot and CC is normal on intel mac

this is brand new M1 pro(2021 MacBook Pro) with 12.0.1

do anyone know how to fix??...

Hello,

Hope you are fine i was facing same issue as yours. Then I purchased the laatest version of Adobe Illustrator and now my problem is solved. The most probable reasons are an outdated Adobe Illustrator version, a corrupt font database or a bad preference file. Check all the things hope this will help you to solve your problem. Thanks
