Mac OS 12.3 M1 Install creative cloud shared device version
Hi I work for a school district and we have some new M1 Macs on 12.3 that when we try to install a full Arm package built with admin console its a shared device Licence, these computers will be used by multiple users in a Lab environment, the computers will fail to install right when it starts the install process. I have found the only way to make it install is to download the adobe creative cloud removal tool and when you go to launch that tool for the first time will ask apple to download something like an os update of some kind. Once that installs I am able to run the Shared device package we have and it will install fine with no issues. I am wondering why this is happening this doesn't make any sense on why I need to go through this process to be able to install.
