macOS Acrobat Pro DC Build: 18.11.20035.264580 Crashing

Hi,

We have a user with Acrobat Pro DC Build: 18.11.20035.264580 that crashes constantly. Is there a fix for this?

It's possible you have an older machine with legacy product versions (e.g. ARM seems to be looking for Acrobat 10 and 11). Try uninstalling and cleaning the machine. Also, might want to run the acrocleaner after: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

Then reinstall.

The question is a tad vague. We'd need environment details, what workflow is in play during the crash, and logs, etc.

Sure I can get some more details from the user. It's a MacBook Pro (2017) running Sierra 10.12.6. Just waiting for him to come in today, so I can grab some logs.
