macOS Premiere Pro update 14.8.0.39 not being synced to internal AUS

Greetings,

I've been crunching on this for most of today, and after numerous tests, fresh syncs, etc., have determined my interal AUS is not downloading the latest Premiere Pro update - 14.8.039, for macOS only.  The win64 variant is being downloaded, but the osx10-64 is not.  My client Macs are able to successfully get the PPRO 14.8.039 update directly from Adobe, so it's not a client issue.  Out of the entire CC 2021 suite, this specific macOS PPRO update is the only one mysteriously not being downloaded by the server when synced (fresh and incremental).
