Make changes in a Dashboard in Workspace without admin rights

Hey folks,

how can I enable a user to make changes in a Dashboard in the Adobe Workspace without giving them admin rights?

I know that one can copy a Dashboard and then make changes but I would like to skip that extra step, as it confuses some people.
