Manage CC Application Preferences for Enterprise??

Our company uses serialized licenses for the CC products, and we do not logon with Adobe IDs (local only).  I am looking for a centralized method to specify certain application preferences (e.g. Units of Measurement, etc) across the CC applications we have deployed.  Is there such a tool (e.g. Group Policy) that can be used.  The applications I am mainly concerned with are:

Acrobat

Illustrator

InDesign

PhotoShop
