'Manage Fonts' button displaying error

'Manage Fonts' not working in desktop application and shows "permission may be required. You may need to request permission from your IT administrator to use Adobe Fonts" but I am able to access this button on the web version. Would you know how to resolve this issue?

I am encountering the same issue for mac and pc both.

Would it be any licensing issue?

@Sabnam23203463t4fe It seems your admin has assigned a license wherein either the online service is not available or is disabled. Please contact your internal IT team to get more details.
