Manage multiple account billing and payments

Hi everyone,
We are a company with 7-8 people using differents adobe services and instead of having each account their own billing and payment, I would like to centralize everything in one account that would only make me pay one big montly payment and allow me to manage subscriptions and users.
How can I achieve that ? Thank you
