Managing my team...not

I am new to Adobe CC and I am the IT person assigned to administer users and licensing. I have logged into the Admin console using my Adobe ID and I can see a link to manage account but no link for Manage My Team. I also can't see anywhere to check my VIP number. Help!

    Hi,

    You get the option to manage team only if you are assigned the admin on the team.
