Massive Sync Issues for Our Team

Hello all, we have a 5 person team and as of about two days ago our sync is completely messed up. First we noticed that two of our systems were getting sync errors on a handful of files. Then, we noticed that our trash bins were full of still active cloud folders that nobody deleted. After digging in, we all noticed that our online assets folder at assets.adobe.com no longer match our synced file folders on our systems and that all of our permissions were totally jacked up in there. 

 

Any ideas?

Hi @justint6301 we had a similar incident in our enviroment and found it was a new user who was messing with their local synced folder not realizing that it effected the master cloud instance and then everyone else.

 

The effect was the changes took so much time to finalize that everyones instance was in a different state of change until it completed.

 

The cloud doesnt just delete folders on its own. If you go to assets.adobe.com and go into one of the assets you can get to the timline to see if you can find out who made the changes.
