Maxon Error

     Why am I getting this error all the time A Component Version required by the software conflicts with another component version already active_AMD64 Plug-ins\MAXON CINEWARE AE\(CINEWARE Support)\bin\resource\modules\python\res\Python.win64.\command\wininst-8_d.exe
  Same error with Dreamweaver.... Where do I begin to correct this?

Please help
