Media Encoder for After Effects CC 2015

Hi,

I have a corporate licence for After Effect CC 2015 and Premiere CC 2015, but for some reason Media Encoder CC 2015 did not come automatically when installing it. Is there by any chance possible to get hold of the Media Encoder CC 2015 as I have the license for both After Effect CC 2015 and Premiere CC 2015?

    open your cc desktop app and check for media encoder:

    [moved from Downloading, Installing, Setting Up to Creative Cloud Download & Install]

    Thank you for the answer. However, Media Encoder CC (2017) does not seem to be compatible with AE CC (2015). Second, it is not installed, and the only option I have for ME CC (2017) is "TRY".

    i don't understand the significance of your 'corporate' license.  a typical subscription would allow you to install all the latest (and previous) adobe programs including ae cc 2017.

    if you have some special license that limits you to cc 2015, using a browser that allows popups and cookies,  contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here and, when available, click 'still need help', http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/service-ccm.html
