Meine Abozahlung erfolgte zum 16.09.26, aber die Credits wurden nur auf 600 gestellt, nicht auf 4.500. Nächstes Zurücksetzen erfolgt am 27. September 2026. Das kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, weil der neue Abomonat mit dem 16. beginnt!

Thank you for reaching out, and we completely understand the confusion. Seeing your credits at 600 right after a payment on the 16th, with the next reset dated the 27th, naturally doesn't add up at first glance.

Here's what's happening. When you have more than one plan, the generative credits from each one combine into a single balance, and that balance resets on one date for the whole account. That date is set by the plan you subscribed to first, not by your most recent payment. So even though a payment went through on the 16th, your credits stay tied to the reset date of your earliest plan, which is why you're seeing the 27th rather than the 16th.

To see exactly what's included versus what's been used, you can go to account.adobe.com select your profile icon in the top right, and check the credit counter there. It shows both the number allocated to your account and the number remaining for the current cycle.
