Merge Free and Paid accounts

Hi,

I request your support. I have a school-paid account and a free Adobe account. I passed my first Adobe Creative Educator but was under the Free account. How can I merge the 2 accounts? or how can I add my certification to my paid account and add my personal email to my School account?
