Merged Accounts - Lost CC Libraries and Files

Hi there! I recently merged accounts to join a larger corporate account. When I sign in to the old profile I do not see access to any of my files or CC libraries. 

Can you please grant me temporary access so I can back-up these lost files and libraries.
