Merging a Personal Account with an Enterprise Account

Hello,

My university offers free use of the Creative Cloud through an Enterprise account linked to our school email. Somehow, I also used the option of Personal account with the same email, not realizing they would be two separate accounts. I have renewed the subscription for the enterprise account, but the personal account will not allow me to renew the subscription for free. My Behance and my portfolio are linked to the personal account. I was wondering if there is a way to link the accounts so that I do not lose the progress I've made on my Behance and portfolio?

I am using a PC.

Thank you!

You can change the email associated with your personal account to avoid confusion. Manage your Adobe ID account

You can also change the Adobe ID associated with your Behance account Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Behance FAQ

I do not understand the part about renewing for free, but in any case you need to contact Adobe Support for dealing with matters of separate accounts.  You might need to wait for the weekend to pass before they are available.

Contact support - For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
