Merging two account after getting new job?

Hello,

I am a communications proffesional in college athletics and recently I was hired at a new university and was provided the Adobe suite of services under my new work email. I previously had adobe (photoshop, creative cloud, behance) through my email at the last school I worked at. Is there a way I can compile these two accounts so I don't have to create a new Behance, etc?
