Migrate users to different Sys Admin in same organization

I have an Adobe ID and I am the System Administrator. I have 4 Acrobat Pro users that I manage.  There is another user in our organization (same email domain name) that is also a Sys Admin with a few users.  We would like to move all said users to my ID so that I can manage everyone.  The other Sys Admin doesn't want/need to be a Sys Admin anymore.

How do I migrate those users to my ID?

Thank you for reaching out. Based on the information you provided, it appears that you have an active team subscription associated with the Adobe ID used to post your query. Currently, there are only four licenses under this contract.

 

Could you confirm if the other users you wish to manage are under a different contract or different Adobe Admin Console? If these users are under a different Adobe Admin Console and you want them transferred to your contract, you would need to:

  1. Purchase the required additional licenses.
  2. Remove the users from the other Admin Console by unassigning their licenses and deleting them from the system.
  3. Add the users to your contract or Admin Console and assign them the appropriate licenses.

Alternatively, if you are not in a renewal window for either contract, I would recommend getting added as an admin on the other contract, which would allow you to manage both Admin Consoles simultaneously. Check out the following document for more guidance.

Thank you for the quick response.  The other users I wish to migrate are under another account which expires in about 60 days. so I will look at purchasing new licenses for them as that time nears.  I'll check out the document you sent as well.
