Migrating named users to a different organization

We currently have 2 organizations on our Adobe account and we would like to migrate the named users from one organization to the other.

Is this possible and if so, do we need to prepare licenses on the organization who'll receive the new users?

To help you, I'd need a bit more informatio here.

Could you share what is the contract type for these users' licenses/organizations? Also, are you thinking to just migrate the users to a different organization or the users alongside their licenses?

Thanks for your reply.

The licenses aren't purchased with a contract. Our new Adobe organization uses the vip contract for our licenses.

Just migrating the users is enough, we want to simplify our billing so that all our licenses are purchased through our reseller.
