Migrating Student Files to Pre-existing Personal Account

Question

I was looking to transfer my creative cloud files from my student account to my already-existing personal account. The only instructions I have found forces you to transfer your student files to a brand new personal account, which, in my case, would make my paid personal account useless. You will have to manually migrate the assets to your already exising account.

@kglad Using the migration tool is the issue at hand.

It states "When you sign in to the Student Asset Migration portal and start the migration process, you are prompted to sign up for a new personal account. Once your account is verified, you can automatically transfer your assets into this account."

it shouldn't matter whether your personal account is new or not.
