Migrating to an enterprise account

I have a single Acrobat Pro DC subscription, and I'd like to turn that into a pooled license where I can include other people in my firm, and where I can administer the pool.  Is there a path for this?

Hi rreece999‌,

You need to Contact Customer Care in order to make changes in the subscription. Make sure you sign in with your Adobe ID under which you have subscription and select product from the list below.

Then click on chat option under "Still need help? Contact us".

I am attempting to do the same thing, however there is apparently no one to speak with, only terrible elevator music while I am on hold.
