Migrating users from Adobe ID to Federated ID so we can implement SSO. In the csv, if their username is listed as firstname.lastname@domain.com but their default username in our domain is just lastname@domain.com - should I be changing that in the “new username” column in the csv?

If your IdP authenticates users as lastname@domain.com, you should update the “New Username” accordingly—even if the existing Adobe ID username is firstname.lastname@domain.com.This alignment is important to ensure successful SSO authentication and to avoid potential login issues or duplicate account conflicts, as Adobe requires the CSV details to match your directory configuration.
