Missing "Adobe Software Distribution Request"

I have tried to make a "Adobe Runtimes / Reader Distribution License Agreement" (twice) - https://distribute.adobe.com/mmform/index.cfm?name=distribution_form&pv=fp

But I don't got any mail "Adobe Software Distribution Request - TrackID:xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx" - where I can download the software I want to distribute in our company. What is wrong ?

I work for a large company and was able to sign up for the distribution license last year, but this year it died and I signed up for a distribution again but never got a response.

I tried again and again to get a response from adobe, i even tried other email accounts, but I never received a license to distribute software... I don't know what's going on over there, but the longer we wait the more zero-days are found in adobe's software and we cannot patch anything... still waiting 2 months later without response from adobe.

I even tried calling the helpline, but they told me that it is "free software" and we cannot help.

Hi Tariq, I have the same problem as the user above. I have applied for the Adobe Reader and Runtime Software Distribution License twice, and have received nothing back. I work for a large companies that really needs this. Would you please help me?
